You Can Lead A Horse To Water, But....

(Picture of 2 kings soldiers trying to put humpty together again)
A Cowboy rides into town and makes his way up to the Saloon.
He leaves his horse at the rail and pushes in through the swing doors desperate for a cold one!
His horse also wants a drink but the water trough is on the far side of the street from the Saloon.
The horses reins are 3 feet long.
The horse at full stretch is 7.5 feet from nose to tail.
The total distance therefore from the Saloon Rail is 10.5 feet!
However, the water trough is 13 feet away from the rail.
In the trough is a 5 foot length of coiled hose.
How does the horse manage to get a drink?
