"I have been using this product for over six months now and like it a lot. You simply put your teabag or coffee in the mug, place it under the spout, press the hot water button, and it automatically stops when your mug is full. It fills a normal sized mug to just about the right level. You can keep your finger on the button if you want to fill it to your own desired level. It saves having to lift a boiling kettle of water. The water heated is just below boiling point so your cccuppa may not be as hot as you are used to. I put less milk in mine than I used to and its fine.
My only complaint is the noise it makes, its rather noisy, but the noise only lasts for three seconds or so. It is quick and easy.
I recommend this product! Annabel"
